Cooking exercise

Today, I went to the Kushi Macrobiotic Academy at Kawasaki to have cooking exercise.

Today's menu was curry and nann with fried dried soy cake, pressed salad, a yogurt like drink, peach tasted.

All of them were not so difficult, but I was interested in the macrobiotic way of cooking.

Someday, I would like to learn more, from basis, about macrobiotics.
