Lever

I scarcely eat organ, but today, I went to a restaurant, Kin-shita, golden tongue, this restaurant was famous for lever.
Mostly, lever smells and you cannot eat without spice or kind of flavor oil, such as sesame oil.
But the lever in this restaurant didn't smell at all, and we enjoyed it with light salted sauce. It was so amazing and precious experience.
Although it was absolutely different from usual ones, I don't want to go there to eat it. Because I don't like the lever so much and it was too expensive; actually, it was 1,400 yen for one plate, includes 6 pieces...
