Natto

Natto, fermented soy, traditional food in Japan.

I don't like the smell, and even who like this taste, most people don't like this smell.

Once I have heard that the smell of Natto comes from the case, made with plastic.

Originally, Natto have been fermented covered with straws, and that don't smell at all.

So, I tried the one with straw, today.
I realized that the smell is absolutely decreased compared with usual one, with plastic case.

But one problem us that each of the soy beans are sticky with the straws, and it is quite difficult to put the Natto out from straws.

Comparing the smell and convenience, I'll choose the convenience...
