Pudding

Macrobiotic pudding.

There's no sugar, egg and milk in it, but the flavor resembles the real one.

I've leant that the certain ratio of various sweet flavors makes the real one, such as the paste or liquid candy made with rice, maple syrup, etc.

Also the texture is consists of gelatin and the powder of Kuzu.

There are so many tricks that makes me taste like real ingredients. I'd like to know more about this.
