Houtou with miso soup

Today's dinner;

Houtou with a cup of miso soup made with le creuset.
Houtou is a traditional noodle, like udon, in Yamanashi. The structure
is very similar to udon, but a little harder than it.
And the miso soup includes various kind of vegetables.
It tasted so nice!
