FSH

Today I had a chance to have a dinner at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo.

It was absolutely delicious that the portion of each dishes were not large, but I was so satisfied with them.

Especially, the soup and apertif tastes excellent.

The apertif was consists of some raw fishes like trout, and there latatouille was also placed on the same plate.

And the soup was made with cauliflower and aspalagas, it seems so creamy, although it tastes so smooth, not fat taste.

Of cause, other dishes are as delicious as these two, but they were my favorite two.

I hope I can have dinner at here again some days.
