Baum

Taday, I had a Baum bought at a shop named "Hollandische Kakaostube",
a shop established in Germany.

I didn't realize before I ate it that this is a traditional one
authorized at German associate of patisserie.

The difference is the ingredients, I heard that this Baum include the
sugar, egg and flour for fixed ratio defined at the association.

Actually, the one which I ate was the Baum covered with chocolate, so
I can't feel the difference from usual one directly, therefore I want
to eat one which is the most simple one in near future.
