Zenzai

There are two similar desert soup made with soy bean, Shiruko and Zenzai.

The difference between these two is that the bean's shape is remained or not. In Shiruko, whole the bean is mushed up, and the soup is very smooth, and in Zenzai, the bean is not mushed up completely, therefore you can enjoy the texture of the bean.

I prefer Zenzai, because I like the texture of beans. How about you?
