it is one of the strategies of a company i belong now.

first "C" means contribution

and the last one means compensation

it means that if you contribute to a company,

the company will pay for the contribution.


i think there are similar idea in Japan.

sometimes we say "情けは人のためならず" that's it.

if you do something for others,

it must be return to you someday.


also, i think

if you do effort for something,

it must be return to you someday.


the results needs reasons.

versa vice, there are no result without reason.


i make up in my mind that i live everyday full out.
